✨ Christmas Pre-Order Dispatch Information ✨
Our frilly elves will begin cutting and sewing your Christmas orders as soon as pre-orders open in September 🎀 Orders will be handmade and dispatched continuously throughout September, October, November and December—not all at once on 18th December.
🎄 18th December is our latest UK dispatch date, not the date you should expect to receive your order. Many orders will be completed and sent much sooner, depending on the items ordered and where your order falls within our sewing schedule.
International pre-orders will be dispatched on or before 28th November.
If you need your order for a particular date, please message us before ordering so we can confirm whether this will be possible 💌
Please check each product description for its estimated turnaround time. During our busy Christmas period, we’re unable to provide individual dispatch dates or progress updates.
As fabric is allocated and cut specifically for each pre-order, orders cannot be changed or refunded once placed 🤍
