Please read time frames on descriptions before you order, as some of our items are PRE ORDER ONLY. This means they are made to order specifically for you and can’t be dispatched instantly.



Our custom/made to order items are exempt from being returned/ exchanged unless items are deemed as faulty to which a replacement will be issued. All of our items are made with love and care but if a faulty item is received please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue immediately.

If you have purchased a ready to post item and the sizing is incorrect exchanges are available please contact us within 14 days, all returns postage must be paid by you and must be sent recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility if the item/s are lost.

Items can be exchanged for another size if it is available, if the item you wish to return is out of stock it can be swapped for another item of the same value or issued a refund (Excluding bespoke items). If the item is of a higher value please contact us for payment details so the difference can be paid.

All of our items are sent via Royal Mail’s second class recorded service so please allow up to 5 working days for items to arrive, if your order is needed ASAP please contact us for other delivery option.

All items are sent via Royal Mail’s International tracked and signed for service, so please allow up to 5 working days if you are within Europe or up to 7 working days worldwide.
